Lemon Pepper Cukes

Ingredients:

  • 1 small to medium cucumber, sliced
  • Lemon pepper seasoning (to taste)
  • A pinch of salt and black pepper
  • ~1 teaspoon mayonnaise

Instructions:

  1. Slice the cucumber into rounds.
  2. Sprinkle generously with lemon pepper.
  3. Add just a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Add a small dollop of mayo and stir to coat lightly.
  5. Enjoy immediately!
