KETO White Chocolate Bread Pudding

Warm. Sweet (but sugar free). Comforting. A dessert, true. But, could be a delish breakfast. Let’s whip this up.

Preheat oven to 350′. Grease a small pan with butter or butter spray. Using a pizza cutter, slice the bread into strips, and then into squares. In the greased small dish, add the bread cubes.

In a cup/small bowl, mix the heavy whipping cream, xylitol, egg, and cinnamon until well blended. Pour this mixture over the bread. Use a fork to press the bread down, ensuring all bread is coated with the cream mixture. Sprinkle the sugar free chocolate morsels over the top of the bread. Sprinkle on additional cinnamon if so desired.

Bake for about 20 minutes or until the bread pudding has set up and the top is golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes and then enjoy. Top with sliced strawberries and ENJOY.
